Dr Zushu Li
Dr Zushu Li is a Reader and EPSRC Fellow in Manufacturing at the Advanced Steel Research Centre, WMG of the University of Warwick. He has extensive industrial experience in process innovation for product development and in-depth understanding of the industry. Prior to joining WMG in April 2016, he was the Principal Scientist Steelmaking in Tata Steel R&D (based in the UK) and has worked in Tata Steel for over 9 years. Previously Dr Li worked at Chongqing University (China), Kyushu Institute of Technology (Japan) and Imperial College London (UK). Dr Li currently leads the research in the fields of low carbon low energy novel ironmaking, clean steel technology, energy and materials recovery in steelmaking, and materials (metals, slags) recycling.
