Dr Ishwar Kapoor
Ishwar is a Research Fellow working on Theme 2 – Zero Waste Steelmaking, SUSTAIN project in WMG, University of Warwick, UK. He is looking into the effects of different residual elements on downstream steel productions. His PhD was on Lightweight Automotive Steel development with Tata Steel, The Netherlands and UK and looked into the behaviour of recrystallization and Ti-V precipitation processes during cold-rolled annealing of novel steel grades. Ishwar’s areas of expertise are Material Science and Metallurgy of Steel, Material Characterisation, Lightweight Automotive Steel, Aluminium and Magnesium Development and Scrap Steel Utilisation for Steep Production.
